Medical assistants are trained in both administrative and clinical procedures, and are capable of filling a variety of rewarding positions. You will be taught how to deliver high quality patient care, take vital signs, and run laboratory and diagnostic tests. Upon graduation, you may gain employment in a clinic, doctor’s office, nursing home, medical supply business, home health care agency, insurance company or pharmaceutical company.
